Rates:
December- February $125 nightly, $625 weekly
March - November $145 nightly, $725 weekly

Rates are based on an occupancy of (4) guests.

Additional person charges of $10 per person/per night,
$50 per week for persons 12 years and older.

No extra charge for children under 12 years old.

Pets: $10 per pet/per night

Minimum 2 night stay on weekends (weekend includes a Friday or Saturday night stay)(Thurs/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun)

Minimum 3 night stay during holiday weekends.

A 6% hotel occupancy tax is in addition to the rate.

The Cottage is not only comfy cozy on the inside, but spills out onto a relaxing deck that is just perfect for entertaining, grilling, and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. There is also a screened shelter for your use.
We are currently offering our 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath 800 sf Cottage that sleeps 8 (6 adults max please). This Cottage offers a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 futon sofas that fold out into 2 full-size beds. Linens are provided. This Cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including all dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, full sized fridge with icemaker, coffee maker, microwave, stove, toaster, and dishtowels, etc. Just bring your food and drink! The bathroom features a walk-in shower. Towels, washcloths, and hand towels are provided. The cozy Cottage includes 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player with DVD library, games, electric fireplace, ceiling fans, central air/heat, 2 recliners, and a dining table that seats 6 guests.

Deposit Payment: a 50% Reservation Deposit will hold the reservation and must be received within (7) days of making your reservation.

Security/Damage Deposit: In addition to the Reservation Deposit, a $100 Security/Damage Deposit is required ($150 if bringing a pet). The Security/Damage Deposit if fully refundable if all guidelines are met.

Final Payment/Balance: Final Payment of reservation balance is due on or before reservation arrival date as follows:

​Per personal/business check - balance must be RECEIVED (14) days prior to check in.

Cash, cashier's check, or money order (exact amount of balance) - may be paid upon arrival/check in.

Credit card payment through Paypal - balance must be paid at least (48) hours prior to arrival/check in.
